At the end of the enrollment period, if the number of applications exceeds the number of available spaces, all applicants will be entered into a random electronic lottery to fill open seats and establish a waiting list. Sibling preference will be applied where applicable.
If there are fewer applications than available spaces, all applicants will be admitted, and applications will continue to be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
When a lottery is required, it is conducted on the Thursday following the close of the enrollment period. Families will receive an email with lottery results within 48 hours.
Applicants who are offered admission will receive an electronic admission packet that must be completed by the stated deadline. Failure to submit a completed packet by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the applicant’s spot. Remaining applicants will be placed on a waiting list in the order drawn.
If a vacancy becomes available before the start of the Leadership Prep school year, the applicant with the lowest waiting list number will be offered admission and removed from the list. Applications received after the enrollment period has ended will be added to the end of the waiting list behind timely applicants.
