Stacy Alton, Superintendent

Mrs. Alton was born and raised in Oklahoma where she obtained her Bachelor's degree. She lived and taught for 13 years in Washington state prior to moving to Texas. She also has her Master's degree in education.

Mrs. Alton loves spending time with her husband and adult twin boys, along with her three dogs. She enjoys sewing, being creative, and drinking coffee. She is a dedicated servant leader at her church.

Audra De Le Garza, Chief Academic Officer

Audra Floyd has been with Leadership Prep since 2011 in various roles. She has an M.Ed in Special Education and an M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University.

She holds certifications from TEA for Principal, Diagnostician, ESL, Special Education K-12, and Generalist K-8.

Jessica Irick, Chief Operations Officer

Dr. Jessica Irick is the Chief Operating Officer of Leadership Prep School in Frisco, Texas, where she oversees strategic operations, systems, and cross-functional alignment to support an exceptional student experience. With over 20 years of leadership across public education, state systems, and organizational transformation, she brings both operational expertise and instructional insight to her role.

Before joining Leadership Prep, Dr. Irick served as a Strategic Integration Liaison with Region 10 Education Service Center, partnering with the Texas Education Agency to support more than 130 districts and 880,000 students across North Texas. Her work focused on aligning statewide initiatives, strengthening multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), and translating policy into effective district and campus practices.

She is known for her expertise in implementation science, systems design, and change management, leading strategic planning, district turnaround efforts, and leadership team development. Earlier in her career, she served as a Program Coordinator for federal and special programs, overseeing compliance, instructional supports, and student services aligned to IDEA and Section 504.

Dr. Irick holds a Doctorate in Education, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and a postgraduate certificate in Leadership Studies from Yale University. She is an experienced executive coach and speaker, committed to building clear, aligned systems that empower educators and drive student success.
