Stacy Alton, Superintendent

Mrs. Alton was born and raised in Oklahoma where she obtained her Bachelor's degree. She lived and taught for 13 years in Washington state prior to moving to Texas. She also has her Master's degree in education.

Mrs. Alton loves spending time with her husband and adult twin boys, along with her three dogs. She enjoys sewing, being creative, and drinking coffee. She is a dedicated servant leader at her church.

Audra Floyd, Chief Academic Officer

Audra Floyd has been with Leadership Prep since 2011 in various roles. She has an M.Ed in Special Education and an M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University.

She holds certifications from TEA for Principal, Diagnostician, ESL, Special Education K-12, and Generalist K-8.

Ray Winkler, Chief Operations Officer

In his most recent role as Senior Executive Director for Houston ISD, Ray had the honor of overseeing 85 campuses, including 17 high schools, serving over 48,000 students and nearly 5,000 instructional staff, with a $272M budget. 

Outside of his work at LPS, Ray is a dedicated family man and award-winning professional musician who is raising three amazing kids with his wife Mary, who teaches orchestra at Prosper ISD and performs professionally as well.
