We invite YOU to take the next steps to become a partner:

  1. Click the "Get Involved!" link below to fill out a quick interest form. 
  2. Receive a call or email from our Community Outreach Liaison to set up a meeting. 
  3. Fill out the Leadership Prep Background Check online form. 
  4. Then fill out the LPS Community Partners Contact and Information form
  5. Get in on a piece of the PIE!
