At Leadership Prep School, we offer students the opportunity to participate in athletics while still placing an emphasis on LEADERSHIP. We strive to teach the importance of STUDENT-athlete placing academics at the front and sports second. Athletics can provide the students with tools for life and help grow the leaders of tomorrow not only in the classroom but also on the court and field. Here at Leadership Prep we focus on competing with Leadership and Sportsmanship. Our coaches will work cooperatively to ensure a positive culture and atmosphere for each of their athletes at all times. LPS athletics participates in the Texas Charter School Academic and Athletic League (TCSAAL) for all sports.

Important Announcement Regarding Spectators (10/19)

TCSAAL has given their ruling on spectators:

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF SPECTATORS AT TCSAAL GAMES?

Fans and family members will not be allowed entry to watch games at this time (Flag &Volleyball Season). Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are unable to allow spectators in person (we encourage you to stream games online, and TCSAAL will plan to do so for the State Playoffs).  At this time, TCSAAL feels that it is in the best interest of the safety of the student-athletes that we keep the gameplay area for the players, coaches, scorers, and officials.  The less bodies we have in the area, the safer it will be for everyone.  Team rosters will allow for a “videographer” to live stream the game to your families and fans.

Unfortunately we will not be allowing fans in attendance at games going forward starting October 26^th. The good news is we have our streaming equipment being installed next Thursday and it will be 5 days after that install that the system will be calibrated and ready to go. I will send out more details on this after the install is complete.
