Kerry Rea Counselor
Ms. Kerry Rea is excited to serve as the school counselor at Majestic Gardens Leadership Prep. She holds a Master’s in School Counseling from Amberton University and brings over three years of counseling experience and more than a decade in education. Most recently, she was a counselor at McWhorter Elementary in CFBISD—the district where she grew up. Kerry previously taught kindergarten in Frisco ISD and third grade in Richardson ISD for a combined 10 years. Her background helps her support students’ academic, emotional, and social growth. She’s passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered. Outside of school, Kerry enjoys time with her family and is a proud mom of three.

Morgan Ross Principal
Morgan Ross is an experienced educator with eight years in the field, currently entering her fifth year with Leadership Prep School. With a strong foundation in elementary education, she also brings expertise in special education, ESL, and is GT (Gifted and Talented) trained. Morgan earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas—Woo Pig Sooie!—and went on to complete her master’s degree in Educational Administration at Tarleton State University.Outside the classroom, Morgan enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Zeke. She also loves reading and traveling. This November, she’ll celebrate an exciting new chapter as she becomes Mrs. Lachmann!

Bri Winn Assistant Principal
Bri Winn is an experienced and passionate educator, now in her 14th year in the field. Originally from California, she earned her degree from California State University, Long Beach, and later completed her Master’s and Administrative Credential at Tarleton State University. Bri and her husband, Ryan, are celebrating 10 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they have two children—Jack, who is heading into 2nd grade at Leadership Prep School, and Zoey, an energetic three-year-old—as well as a lovable boxer named Radar. Having recently relocated to Texas, where she has lived for the past two years, Bri brings a vibrant spirit and love of learning wherever she goes. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys reading, swimming, playing with her kids, being active in sports and hiking, and exploring new places! Bri is looking forward to this next year at Majestic Gardens making connections with families and watching our students grow as leaders!
