Mrs. Michelle Jobes has been teaching for more than 25 years. She is an Elementary Education Major with Endorsements in 4-8 Math and Science and ESL. Michelle has taught every grade level except 1st grade. She is married with three children and two grandchildren. Her dog, Tatiania, is a huge lapdog, and they love to take walks together. Her youngest child is a Geology major at OSU and will often bring cool rocks home.

Ms. Skinner is so excited about her first year at LPS Frisco!  She graduated from Texas State University with an EC-6 Generalist ESL certification.  She is also certified to teach Special Education and Gifted and Talented.  Throughout her 8 years of teaching, she taught PreK 3 Special education, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade.  She also worked for Sunshine Learning Dallas and tutored students in Pre K- 4th grade.  Ms. Skinner resides in Addison, where she loves to take her dog, Willa, to the park, spend time with family and friends, and try new recipes.  She is beyond excited to teach 3d grade writing, grammar, and science at Teel Elementary!

Ms. McDonald graduated from Texas Woman's University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is certified to teach Ec-6th grade education from Region 10, ESL and trained in Gifted and Talented education. She also has previous experience working as a registered behavioral therapist before transitioning with us. This will be her first year teaching at LPS and she is over the moon excited to start. She loves spending time with her family, shopping, and trying out different restaurants.
